City of Jasper Water Department Survey
The City of Jasper Water Department is actively working to meet the requirements of an updated U.S. EPA regulation that’s focused on eliminating the risk of lead getting into drinking water. We have partnered with 120Water to assist with surveying our community and completing an inventory of service lines in Jasper. If you have previously responded to our survey, no action is needed! It’s also possible that we have identified the material of your service line through visual inspection while installing new AMI meters at your location. If we do NOT yet have documentation of your service line material, you will be receiving a follow up letter in the coming days that will provide a link and QR code to the survey. Please help us out by completing the survey! If you have any questions about the survey, or should you need assistance in determining the material of your service line, please reach out to us!
