UPDATE- The Jasper Street Department will close Cathy Lane south of the 90 degree turn to asphalt patch the storm sewer trench.  This closure will start at 8:00am on Thursday, September 26^th.  Cathy Lane should reopen by noon the same day. This project is subject to weather conditions and unforeseen delays.

The Jasper Street Department will close Cathy Lane at the 90 degree turn for storm sewer replacement, on Monday, September 23^rd starting at 8:00am.  This closure will remain overnight and reopen before 4:00pm on Tuesday, September 24^th. Traffic should use Terry Lane and 25^th Street as a detour. This closure will take place barring inclement weather or any other unforeseen event.
