The Jasper Stormwater Department manages IDEM’s Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP) and MS4 General Permit (MS4GP) for stormwater for the City of Jasper. This includes the 6 MCM (minimum control measures)

The City of Jasper Stormwater Department has generated a Stormwater Quality management Plan that covers in full detail the 6 MCM programs.

If you see a possible illicit discharge into any stormwater pipe, gutter or road side ditch please report it to Chad Mundy, City of Jasper Stormwater Coordinator.
